This Scottish style smoked salmon comes from the Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar). It is dry-cured and smoked in the traditional fashion of the land, using oak chips. This produces a firm texture and a rich, exquisite taste. We only use salmon produced in accordance with the highest environmental and aquaculture standards. This hand-sliced, smoked salmon is interleaved to make it easier to separate.
