Romescu Sauce (Romesco)

Hand made by Chef Lippe, the ingredients, fire-roasted red bell pepper instead of tomato among others, are craftfully blended with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar until a gentle emulsion is reached. Chopped nuts and spices are added and the sauce is brought to life. Originally from Catalunya, this is Chef Lippe's take of a fantastic sauce.
