Moqueca - Brazilian seafood stew

A heritage from African slaves and Portuguese sailors, Moqueca is one of those dishes that are unique in their flavor, and can be found nowhere else in the world other than Brazil. Shrimp, fish,  onions, garlic, yucca, cilantro and spices slowly simmered in coconut milk and palm oil, in a traditional black earthenware pot. You don’t have to be walking down the slopes of Salvador – Bahia to enjoy this delicacy. Chef Lippe will make it to order!
