Tikka Masala is considered the unofficial national dish of England brought about by the Indian subjects of the crown around the 19th century. Prepared using a fine mix of coriander seeds, cumin seeds, amchoor powder, turmeric powder, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamom, dry Kashmiri red chiles and black pepper. Chef Lippe puts a twist on it by adding yogurt and cheese to form a creamy velvety spread.
