Made in South Wales, England’s coal country, the Brit equivalent of West Virginia, this well aged cheddar sports a sharpness and a depth of flavor only found in more aged, and way more expensive cheddars from other parts of the world, including England Vermont and Wisconsin. At 12 months old it displays notes only found in 10 year oldies.
